How will my order be sent? All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service and arrive within 2-3 business days. So you’ll get your order fast!

Do you ship outside of the USA? At this time our shopping cart is not set up for international orders. If you’re outside of the United States, please call 1-386-673-5574 or send an email to orders@simplifiedsolutions.org  to make arrangements for placing an order as shipping costs must be calculated separately.

Order methods? Place your order safely and securely online, by phone, fax, or U.S. mail.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders – no cash please.

Will I be charged sales tax? A 6.5% sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Can I place a gift order? Absolutely, and we’d be happy to send a gift card along with your order. Your personalized message can be easily entered during the checkout process. As a courtesy, we omit prices on the packing slip if you enter a gift message.
